About the Role

As an Account Coordinator at (COMPANY NAME) Direct, you will be responsible for handling and developing positive relationships with our key clients. It is the perfect mix between a commercial and an analytical/operational role.
If you are passionate about customer service, operations & have commercial skills in partner management, communication, and problem-solving, as well as outstanding learning agility, this is an amazing opportunity for you!

What you'll do

* Lead and strengthen meaningful relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
* Understand client needs and requirements, and provide effective and customized solutions.
* Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to improve value for the client.
* Discuss contracts and business agreements to ensure profitable and long-term business relationships.
* Proactively resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

What you'll need

* Graduated from commercial & civil engineering.
* Skills in operations, partner management, negotiation, effective communication, & deep analysis and problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
* Learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
* Customer oriented attitude and a strong focus on problem-solving.

* We would love basic SQL or Python skills!
