What this role is all about
The way businesses verify identity and fight fraud is changing fast. SMS OTPs are no longer enough, and the future belongs to silent, network-native signals that come directly from mobile operators, cannot be spoofed, and add zero friction for end users. As a Product Manager for Identity Network APIs, you will shape how enterprises verify, authenticate, and protect their users by unlocking capabilities only telecom networks can provide.
You will join a team at the intersection of telecom infrastructure, digital identity, and fraud prevention. Our portfolio already includes live products such as Number Verification, SIM Swap, KYC Check, and Device Location, and is expanding with next-generation APIs like Number Verification v2, Account Tenure, and Number Recycle. This is a rare opportunity to help define and scale an emerging global API category.
What you'll do
* Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Identity Network APIs portfolio, covering authentication, identity verification, and fraud prevention use cases.
* Discover and validate customer needs across verticals such as banking, fintech, e-commerce, and gaming, where identity fraud and account takeover are critical challenges.
* Define clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to build, launch, and iterate products, from early-access programs to global scale.
* Drive go-to-market readiness by aligning with commercial, marketing, and operator partnerships teams to ensure strong positioning and successful launches.
* Act as the internal subject matter expert for Identity Network APIs, supporting stakeholders with deep product knowledge and strategic guidance.
* Monitor the competitive landscape and industry standards, including Camara and Open Gateway initiatives, to keep the portfolio ahead of market shifts.
* Balance a dual-track portfolio by scaling existing APIs while incubating new products from 0-to-1.
What makes you a strong fit
* Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and scaling.
* Strong understanding of B2B product management, including buyer personas, pricing models, go-to-market coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
* Comfort working with technical products, with the ability to read API documentation, discuss integration patterns, and translate technical constraints into clear product decisions.
* Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, or similar frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executives, align cross-functional teams, and write clear, structured product documentation.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
Nice-to-have qualifications
* Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, or security-related product domains.
* Background in API-first or developer-facing products, such as API platforms or developer tools.
* Experience managing multi-product portfolios, balancing established products with 0-to-1 incubation initiatives.
