Overview
We are part of an exploding industry where we have conquered the global market and we're now growing our team in Copenhagen. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Head office in Copenhagen. Our Team plays a crucial role in (COMPANY NAME)'s commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses around the world.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the retention of our Medium and Strategic accounts for the Danish markets. You will be acting as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, and ensuring that the maximum value is gained from (COMPANY NAME) products in order to drive retention and minimize churn.
What you'll be doing
* Establish a relationship with all our customers that ensures customer's overall satisfaction with (COMPANY NAME) products, which will strengthen their adoption and ensure contract renewal
* Ensure a premium experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives, Key Performance Indicators and ensuring (COMPANY NAME) delivers against them
* Convey best practice examples that drive ROI
* Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
* Successfully upsell (COMPANY NAME)'s products and discover new revenue opportunities
* Mapping various accounts in order to cross sell into other parts of their business
* Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
* Successfully onboard clients and ensure they fully utilise their paid subscription
Who you are
* Experience managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate
* 2-3 years of B2B sales or account management experience with, ideally, subscription based, renewal license models
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets over the past few years
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Adept of uncovering new revenue opportunities
* Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
* Fluent in Danish. Along with English working proficiency. (Fluent/working proficiency in a third language is advantageous too)
