Manage cross-market marketing initiatives that connect strategy, execution, and measurable impact across our EU & CIS regions. And would you like to develop your skills in a globally recognized innovator in audio, video, gaming, and hearing solutions? Then you might be our new colleague.

This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave for approximately 12 months from employment. You will receive a structured handover and ongoing support to ensure continuity across regional initiatives.

While this is a fixed-term role, you will gain broad exposure across our partner network, and there may be opportunities to explore future roles within GN, depending on business needs.

In the role as Marketing Project Manager, EU&CIS you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer here at GN Hearing, a part of GN.

You will coordinate regional marketing activities across our partner network, ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets, and develop materials that support commercial outcomes across B2B and B2B2C channels.

The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the Global Partner Sales (GPS) Marketing team and report to Head of GPS Marketing, Cristina Alises Morales.

You will join a diverse, multi-cultural team working in a changing environment that is designed for collaboration. Some travel within the EU & CIS region is expected.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
* Coordinate and deliver partner marketing requests and order management, including material orders and maintenance of order templates.
* Own end-to-end planning and delivery of major congress/event participation across EU & CIS.
* Create and maintain English marketing toolkits, monthly brand newsletters, and POS materials.
* Create English social media content; coordinate updates to brand websites and regional digital requests (e.g., microsite projects and updates); communicate online leads to partners.
* Prepare and adapt marketing materials for product launches, ensuring timely availability in the region.
* Train partners on portals and marketing tools and support their planning of online campaigns.
* Monitor and manage marketing material stock levels in our Denmark office and support the annual stock clean-up process, including reviewing markdowns and identifying obsolete or slow-moving items.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
* Have a higher background within Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or bring comparable practical experience.
* Bring experience coordinating B2B and B2B2C marketing across multiple countries and partners, including managing requests, orders, and inventory.
* Have experience creating and adapting digital and print content (toolkits, newsletters, POS, website and social content) within brand guidelines.
* Are comfortable planning and delivering congresses/events and working within campaign processes together with partners, agencies, and internal teams.
* Are proficient with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, PowerPoint and Excel; experience with a CMS such as Sitecore will be beneficial; proficient in English; Russian beneficial.
