Sales Leader Nordic Baltic Zone - Building segment

We are seeking an experienced Leader for Sales Management and Business Development for Buildings market segment in the Nordic Baltic Zone! You'll be working in a cross-country organization within our Digital Energy business unit, and you can be based in either of our Copenhagen Denmark or Stockholm Sweden offices.

You will be part of our Nordic management team and report to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone.

What will you be doing?
* Driving sales growth in strategic segments (Real estate, Healthcare, Public, Life Science, Data Centers, Retail)
* Identifying new business opportunities for short-term and long-term revenue growth
* Providing guidance on offer and pricing strategies
* Developing and overseeing Segments and Account Management team across the Nordic countries, driving business plan into business impact
* Acting as a (COMPANY NAME) brand ambassador, engaging with customers and partners to understand market segment needs and providing insights to our offer management and Line-of-Business teams
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment on meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction and business acumen
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the assigned market segments, gathering, and analyzing market data and competitive intelligence, and driving our sales team through guidance on industry-specific strategy and solution positioning
What are we looking for in our candidate?
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
* Language Requirements: Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous
* Solid experience in sales leadership roles, tactical marketing, marketing, operations, or a combination thereof within the building segment.
* Experience in team management is a plus.
You have outstanding leadership, communication, organizational, c-level interactions, and problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in collaborating within a multicultural team environment. Your strengths include sales management, proficiency in data analysis, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of sales strategies and market research methods. Additionally, you exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, encompassing communication, presentation, and influence!
