POS & Secondary Packaging Buyer Graduate

The Opportunity

Following the company Purchasing Strategies and Global Policy for Suppliers, POS/Secondary Packaging graduate are responsible assisting the buyer for technical developing and providing the materials needed for projects at best cost and conditions with a TCO mindset.

What you'll get to do

* Supporting buyers in project management, to produce the needed materials, at the best cost, fitting quality requirements and accomplishing the supply needs in time and in full
* To ensure the accomplishment of the plans, monitoring order deliveries, supplier's performance, and stock level of components
* To elaborate and follow detailed retro-planning with suppliers and internal departments to fulfill the company requirements
* To inform of all Purchasing related Data, directly in SAP or through IRIS suppliers' portal: info record, source list, planning data, logistic data, green dot and customs clearance code
* Control/reporting de KPI's POS

We'd love to meet you if you have

* Experience in a similar position
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management or similar
* Fluency Spanish and English. French would be a plus
* Motivation and interest for the industry of fragrances
* Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacity
* Resilience to stress, ease of teamwork, empathy
* Microsoft Office (Excel high level)
* SAP MM would be a plus
* Negotiation skills
