This is a production-focused position requiring solid culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality. You will consistently deliver dishes that meet Hyatt's high standards while monitoring food production, quality, and consistency daily.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and present authentic Hindi cuisine dishes to the highest standards.
* Monitor food production, quality, and consistency daily.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
* Adapt menus to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
* Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a cook, including hands-on experience with Hindi cuisine preparation and presentation.

* Strong knowledge of hygiene and health regulations in the kitchen.
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
