Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. As a Quality Engineer, your main missions will be:
* Customer interface regarding quality matters for P0 projects assigned within the Product Group/Site.
* Monitor and control compliance with the modification process.

Significant Activities / Responsibilities

* Guarantee compliance with the 4M matrix regarding product or process changes; ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix.
* Ensure CIP compliance, specifically integrated quality standards: ensuring the SPPC tracking sheet is used, the SPPC identification procedure is followed, and SPPC transfer to the supplier is handled via VRFs.
* Verify that LLCs (Lessons Learned Cells) have been utilized and respected.
* Update quality documents following any product or process-related changes.
* Coordinate with the Purchasing team to track supplier progress against the project schedule, collecting issues encountered and alternative proposals made by suppliers.
* Participate in Design Reviews, including supplier design reviews.
* Support activities defined for internal and external supplier parts at Valeo sites, supporting the Purchasing and SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) teams as defined in the Quality RASIC.
* For Major P0 projects: prepare the PVC (Project Validation Committee) by ensuring the availability of all required deliverables; ensure all necessary data is available for every item requiring a PVC decision.
* For Minor P0 projects: prepare the Change Management Committee by ensuring the availability of all deliverables required by the committee.
* Participate in pre-FDPR and FDPR (Final Design Process Review); collect issues encountered and open corresponding project QRQCs.
* Prepare the internal Initial Sample file for validation by the Site Quality Manager before submitting the Initial Sample file to the customer for approval.
* Participate in Project QRQC and complete assignments established during the QRQC meeting within the deadlines.
* Collect all issues weekly to establish the Single List of Issues (SLI).
* Update project quality tracking charts: Convergence curves, etc.
* Throughout Project QRQC meetings, ensure rules are respected and the "Stop at first disagree" and "Stop at first no" strategies are applied.
* Perform Control Plan reviews following an issue and/or test results.
* Initiate QRQCs in the event of DV (Design Verification) or PV (Production Verification) test failures.

To be able to be selected for this position, you need to fill the next requirements:
* Engineering degree.
* Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar rol.
* Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1).
* Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
* Professionalism and transparency.
* Geographical mobility.
* Passion for the automotive industry.
