About this position

What you´ll do

* Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data inputs and alignment with demand forecasts
* Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
* Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team
* Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
* Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs
* Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
* Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues
* Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy

What makes you a good fit

* Min. Bachelor's Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
* 1-2 years of experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage.
* Fluent Spanish & English (oral and written), German would be advantage
* Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP, APO SNP planning tool knowledge is an advantage)
* Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
* Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the Globe
