* Well established family business RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Drive clienteling, CRM and after sale process, developing direct marketing actions towards new clients
* Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives
* Responsable of Stock management, Operations and ensure deadlines are met
* Ensure that VM reflects strategy and verifies guidelines execution in store REQUIREMENTS:

* 4+ years as Assistant store manager or Department manager experience
* Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
* Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
* Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
* Italian language is a must, spanish and english required OFFERING:

* Up to EUR50K + MBO
* Permanent contract
