AXA Partners is leading one of its largest-ever transformation programs to redefine the future of travel insurance and assistance. The Travel Transformation program is reshaping how we operate globally, accelerating digital adoption, driving automation, and delivering a step-change in customer experience and efficiency. Within this ambitious journey, the Travel Transformation Programme Manager works closely with the Head of Travel Transformation and the Travel Transformation leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to ensure alignment, transparency, and measurable impact, while promoting a positive culture of collaboration and teamwork across central teams, countries, and the Travel Transformation team itself. What you'll be doing: The Travel Transformation Programme Manager provides essential support to programme leadership, enabling effective execution, decision-making, and engagement with central teams and countries.; by ensuring coherence, alignment, and impact across governance, budget management, KPI monitoring and transversal coordination. GOVERNANCE * Oversee program governance activities, ensuring visibility and transparency on progress, risks, and deliverables. * Own and manage the large-scale program budget (accounting to several million euros), including planning, administration, monitoring, and approvals, ensuring accuracy and transparency. * Support the preparation and coordination of governance forums (ExCom, SteerCo, senior stakeholders), including materials, alignment with teams, and ensuring high-quality inputs for decision-making. * Prepare and consolidate business cases, financial reporting, and risk reporting for ExCom, AXA Group, and other governance bodies. PROGRAM ORCHESTRATION * Establish and manage the overall roadmap of Travel Transformation to support visibility, track progress and identify risks / dependencies. * Act as the central orchestrator across transversal functions and for PMOs working within the Travel Transformation team. Provide guidance and ensure focus and alignment to program priorities. * Support the framing and initial setup of new initiatives and coordinate their integration into program streams. KPIs & PERFORMANCE MONITORING * Continuously monitor the program's strategic KPIs * Identify deviations or risks early and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate with country stakeholders (operations and finance) to track program benefits, align objectives, and secure engagement. LEADERSHIP & CULTURE * As part of the Travel Transformation Leadership Team, foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication. * Empower and support the team, promoting positive energy, trust, and accountability. * Contribute to leadership activities and team engagement across locations (Redhill, Paris and Barcelona). What you'll bring: Degree in business, management, finance or a related field. Relevant certifications in project or programme management (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMP) are desirable. Experience in programme management, consulting, or transformation, ideally in an international or multicultural environment. Experience working with senior stakeholders and governance forums (e.g., ExCom, SteerCo), preparing high-quality reporting and presentations. Experience coordinating transversal activities and PMO contributions (internal or external). Strong financial acumen: able to manage multi-million-euro budgets, prepare business cases, and translate numbers into actionable insights. Understanding of KPI tracking and performance monitoring frameworks, including ability to identify deviations and propose corrective actions. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
