Job description

We're opening doors to something new in Madrid -

Looking for a Store Manager ready to lead our new Tissot Boutique, inspire the team, and make an impact from day one

Key Responsibilities

* Drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and lead the sales team with a hands on, people first approach.
* Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional service, events, partnerships, and traffic driving initiatives.
* Ensure a consistent, high quality in store experience aligned with brand standards.
* Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
* Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
* Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash control and loss prevention practices
