Luxury Sales Advisor - Luxury Retail

Location: Madrid - Spain

Contract: June 2026 - 31st August 2026

Salary: Up to EUR36,000 Basic + Strong Commission

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Advisor to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in Madrid on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and understated elegance, delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a personalised and elevated client experience, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships
Drive sales performance by confidently presenting collections and storytelling around craftsmanship and materials
Develop and maintain a strong client book, with a focus on repeat business and client loyalty
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards on the shop floor
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation at all times
Handle transactions, stock, and after-sales service with precision and care

About You

Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion
Strong clienteling skills with a natural ability to build rapport
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to driving sales
Polished, professional, and detail-oriented
Passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
