The Position:

Provide operational and analytical support to the out-of-home sales channel. The role acts as a key facilitator for sales teams, ensuring the effective execution of sales processes, high-quality reporting, and seamless coordination between functions.
Responsibilities

Responsabilidades:
* Monitor orders, pricing, commercial terms, and customer requests. ,
* Support the implementation of commercial initiatives defined by the Sales teams. ,
* Prepare and maintain periodic performance reports (sales, volume, margins, and KPIs). ,
* Consolidate information to support commercial decision-making. ,
* Facilitate communication between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. ,
* Support the preparation of data, presentations, and commercial materials.
Qualifications

Cualificaciones:
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting).
* Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and sales analysis.
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business information.
* Structured thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
* Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
