Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Tucson, Arizona
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

A well-established and growing ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its Tucson team. This organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and adults in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications
Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree required
Active Arizona state license, or the ability to obtain one

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while maintaining a manageable caseload
Analyze behavioral data and develop or modify individualized treatment plans
Deliver clinical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other interdisciplinary providers
Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and care coordination
Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (approximately 1% of responsibilities)
Support and mentor interns and junior clinical staff

Schedule
Flexible scheduling options include:

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Hybrid schedule with time split between the clinic and remote work
