Description du poste:

Are you a customer-obsessed builder with a passion for helping enterprises transform how work gets done? Amazon Quick is the AI assistant built for work - turning questions into answers, answers into actions, and actions into outcomes - and     we need a GTM leader who can take that vision to every enterprise in EMEA. Do you combine deep domain expertise in enterprise productivity with the business acumen to land transformation programmes tied to real customer outcomes? Do you     thrive at the intersection of technology strategy and commercial execution?
Join the EMEA Go-to-Market Specialist Team to grow Amazon Quick adoption across some of the most exciting businesses in the market. This is a Principal-level GTM Specialist role that will design and execute use-case-led motions across sales,     finance, marketing, HR, legal, and IT that land measurable business outcomes.

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS). We work backwards from our customers' most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist solutions architecture, and go-to-market.

This is a Principal-level GenAI GTM Specialist role responsible for driving enterprise Generative AI adoption across EMEA. Rather than owning a single service, you will own the cross-cutting GenAI transformation narrative - spanning Amazon Bedrock, agentic architectures, foundation model strategy, and emerging GenAI capabilities - and translate it into use-case-led motions that land measurable business outcomes in customers.

Key job responsibilities
* Own the EMEA GTM strategy for Amazon Quick - driving enterprise adoption through use-case-led motions that show how Amazon Quick adds value for customers
* Develop and execute account-level strategies for customer success, guiding organizations from proof-of-concept to production and value creation at scale.
* Operate at the CxO/VP and practitioner level - engage senior business leaders on how Amazon Quick transforms the way their organisation works, while simultaneously working with IT leaders, developers, and architects on enterprise deployment best practices.
* Build and execute scaled GTM programmes - design motions including customer roundtables, use-case workshops, and regional campaigns that create awareness and accelerate adoption of Amazon Quick.
* Thought Leadership - create packaged deliverables and drive enablement that raises the bar across the EMEA field.
* Be the voice of EMEA customers to Product - synthesise regional customer requirements and emerging agentic patterns into actionable feedback that shapes the Amazon Quick roadmap.

What We're Looking For

* Deep domain expertise in enterprise business productivity, collaboration, or SaaS platforms - with demonstrable understanding of how AI is transforming knowledge work, content creation and business intelligence.
* Demonstrated ability to land AI or digital transformation programmes in enterprise customers - translating technology capability into business outcomes by use case.
* A blend of technical depth and commercial acumen - equally comfortable articulating how agentic workflows, and enterprise AI assistants work while presenting a productivity transformation strategy to a C-suite.
* Experience building and executing GTM strategies at scale in a fast-moving technology domain, ideally in business productivity, collaboration tools, or enterprise SaaS.
* Data-driven approach to prioritisation - using pipeline data, propensity signals, and market intelligence to focus effort where it matters most.
* Experience in enterprise technology sales, solutions architecture, or technical business development with a focus on productivity platforms, AI/ML, or cloud services.

A day in the life
You will lead the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Quick. You might start your morning on a deep-dive with an Enterprise customer mapping their enterprise-wide AI rollout strategy - showing how Quick's knowledge graph learns each     employee's priorities, preferences, and network to deliver deeply personalised assistance across sales, finance, marketing, and operations. After lunch, you're running a use-case workshop with a major Retailer's IT leadership, helping them see     how Amazon Quick can connect to data sources, help them build interactive dashboards, and automate workflows and building the business case to take to their board.
Later, you're jumping into a pipeline review with a sales leader to understand how to support opportunities that are ready to move from pilot to production. You'll collaborate daily with account teams, solution architects, customer success       managers, and AWS service teams - connecting the dots between customer business priorities, Amazon Quick's capabilities, and market opportunity. Your job is to make the complex simple: translating the art of the possible in AI-powered work into concrete, transformation programmes that customers can execute and measure.
