Your 'day to day'
* Ensures compliance with the principles related to the environment, hygiene, safety, and sustainability as provided by PMI. Acts by supporting the safety culture.
* Ensures compliance with procedures related to the quality of incoming materials, semi-finished and finished product in accordance with PMI Quality Management System requirements.
* Adheres to the production schedule and performs signal changes in accordance with requirements. Performs control, cleaning and lubrication adjustment and control/restore basic actions on equipment to improve key performance indicators.
* Develops the culture of zero losses through active participation and operates his/her equipment with care, aiming at eliminating and limiting scarves and the consumption of raw materials with prudence and attention
* Implements and proposes improvements to the existing pillar procedures
Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off.

Who we're looking for
* A Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
* Experience in Manufacturing environment is an advantage.
* Fluent English (written and oral).
* Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
