What you will do:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a key driver of Agile delivery and strategic project execution. This hybrid role blends the facilitation and coaching strengths of a Scrum Master with the structured oversight of a Project Manager, enabling the successful delivery of complex initiatives, often involving external vendors and cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day:
* Lead Agile squads by facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines.
* Drive the execution of complex projects, often involving external vendors or cross-functional teams, by applying both Agile principles and structured project management practices.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to manage stakeholder expectations, refine and prioritize backlogs, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
* Promote Agile ways of working across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation.
* Monitor and report on delivery progress using metrics such as throughput, lead time, and burn-down charts.
* Forecast delivery timelines based on empirical data and provide input into budgeting and resource planning processes.
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with central functions to support seamless execution.
* Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
* Resolve delivery challenges, including conflicts around technical debt, while maintaining focus on business value and quality outcomes.
* Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear success criteria and testable acceptance criteria to support high-quality product delivery.
* Prepare and present project updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
* Support change management efforts by helping teams and stakeholders embrace Agile practices and adapt to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or related fields.
* Proven experience in both Scrum Master and Project Management roles.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application in complex environments.
* Experience leading Agile adoption and managing change across teams.
* Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, ACP) are highly valued; equivalent hands-on experience is also considered.
* Proficiency in Agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence).
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholder priorities.
* Familiarity with Insurance, Financial Services, or Investment-related projects is a plus.
* Understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, branching strategies).
* SAFe or other scaled Agile framework experience is desirable.
