Fehérjetisztító technikus

Description du poste:

Fehérjetisztító technikusként a tovább tisztított diftéria és tetanusz toxoid gyártási lépéseinek elvégzése, illetve az ezekhez szükséges oldatok és pufferek elkészítése lesz a fő feladatod.

Munkarend: 8 órás nappali műszak, reggel 07:30-tól délután 15:50-ig

Főbb feladatok:
* A DT/TT végső fehérjetisztítási műveletekhez szükséges oldatok és pufferek elkészítése.
* A diftéria és tetanusz toxoidok végső fehérjetisztítási műveletek végrehajtása (kicsapás üvegreaktorban, ultraszűrés, kromatográfiás tisztítás, 0,22 μm-es szűrés zsákokba zárt szétosztással vagy UDF alatt nyílt rendszerben, kromatográfiás oszloptöltés, berendezések előkészítése és tisztítása), valamint a tovább tisztított tetanusz toxoid derivatizálásához kapcsolódó műveletek végrehajtása.
* A gyártási lépések és IPC vizsgálatok dokumentálása a GDP szabályainak betartásával.
* Steril és tiszta eszközök státuszának nyomon követése, szükséges eszközök, igények jelzése az előkészítő felé.
* A termeléshez és a gyártóterület takarításához szükséges eszközök és anyagok mennyiségének és státuszának nyomon követése, igénylés jelzése a SAP technikus felé. A termelés biztonságát és folytonosságát veszélyeztető problémák eszkalálása.
* A gyártóterület tisztán tartása és takarítása, a takarítás ellenőrzése.
* A gyártás során a dedikált mintavételek és IPC vizsgálatok végrehajtása, minták megfelelő eljuttatása QC részlegekre.
* A munkafolyamatokhoz tartozó környezetmonitorozási minták levétele és dokumentálása.

Elvárások:
* Középfokú végzettség
* Kapcsolódó tapasztalat nem szükséges, szívesen betanítunk!
* Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek
