Overview DIGITAL STRATEGIST   We are looking for a Digital Strategist who blends creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem. You will help shape innovative digital strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients while fostering strong collaboration across internal teams and key client stakeholders. As an ambassador of collaborative "One Team" thinking, you will work closely with account management, creative, brand strategy, SEO, and other digital specialists across Publicis Groupe's international network to deliver digital solutions. What will you do in this role? Build strategic digital frameworks aligned to client business objectives and consumer behavior Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize performance and audience engagement Conduct competitive research and digital landscape analysis using industry tools and data platforms Present strategic recommendations confidently and clearly to clients and internal partners Partner with creative and production teams to ensure strategy is reflected in impactful campaign execution Work with SEO, media and brand strategy colleagues to design holistic content strategies Keep pace with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies - proactively infusing innovation into our offering * Mentor junior strategists, providing guidance, feedback, and support in developing their strategic and executional skills. Support business development efforts, including contributing to pitch strategies and preparing materials for new client opportunities. Support the Digital Director in evolving digital products, practices, and capabilities Who You Are 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or a related field (agency experience is a plus) Strong understanding of the digital consumer journey, key platforms, and performance metrics Skilled in interpreting dashboards, reporting tools, and data insights to inform strategic decisions Confident presenter with excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken Curious and proactive - you like to experiment, explore, and find smarter solutions A team-player: supportive, respectful, and energized by collaborative success Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple stakeholders Business-minded thinker - always aligning strategy with measurable success What We Value At Publicis Groupe, we empower our people to be their best selves.
