YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Key Account Manager will include (but not limited to):
* Support and manage partnerships with key retail and digital trade partners at national level
* Understand customer strategies, needs, and opportunities to build strong links between Danone and partner goals
* Conduct regular business meetings and negotiations to foster trust and long-term collaboration
* Support the development and execution of yearly customer and channel strategies together with the Senior KAM
* Assist in negotiating trade terms, pricing, and promotional plans in line with company objectives
* Monitor sell-out data, category trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and excellent customer experience
* Contribute to the development of new growth opportunities within digital and evolving trade channels
We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager with the following profile:
* University (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Business or Economics
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry
* Experience with modern trade or digital sales environments is a strong advantage
* Strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with data and identifying actionable insights
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from experienced KAMs in a fast-paced environment
* Confident Excel user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
* Valid Category B driving license
