Inviting applications for the role of a Process Associate/Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager-Order to Cash

Job Description
1. End-to-end Sales Info-Desk operations across assigned markets or clusters
2. Ensure on-time and first-time-right delivery of sales reports, incentive payouts, and support activities
3. Manage team performance, capacity, and workload planning
4. Enforce standardization of reports, formats, and operating procedures
5. Drive automation, productivity, and simplification initiatives within Sales Info-Desk
6. Act as the primary escalation point for sales stakeholders and markets
7. Ensure compliance with O2C controls, governance, and service catalogue commitments
Education :
Bachelors in Accounting, Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Finance
Professional Experience and Years of Experience :
* Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) with 1-3 YEARS,
* Banking Core Operations with 1-3 YEARS,
* Banking Financial and Capital Market - Data to Insight with 1-3 YEARS,
* Commercial Leasing & Lending (CLL) with 1-3 YEARS,
* Customer Care with 1-3 YEARS,
* Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with 1-3 YEARS,
* FPNA Analytics with 1-3 YEARS,
* Invoice to Cash with 1-3 YEARS,
* Mortgage Origination & Servicing with 1-3 YEARS,
* Risk (Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Services) with 1-3 YEARS,
* Risk - Banking and Capital Markets with 1-3 YEARS,
* Sales and Commercial with 1-3 YEARS,
* Trade Promotion Management (TPM) with 1-3 YEARS
