JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer with passion for Retail to support our Client Experience & Skills - related retail training projects, with the aim of developing our retail staff and maximizing business opportunities.
Reporting to the Miu Miu RetailTraining & Project Manager, s/he will play a key role in helping the Company achieve its business goals by supporting the Client Experience & Skills strategy at WW level and ensuring excellence in its deployment at Regional level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training content production & delivery:
* Design, develop & create offline (PPT-based) training tools (instructional & graphic design) focused on the full scope of the Client Experience & Skills content area, according to business needs and priorities
* Design, develop & create online /interactive episodes, focused on the full scope of the Client Experience & Skills content area, for the Digital Retail Training app (MyMiuSpace)
* Contributing to the end-to-end process of the above mentioned tools, both offline & online (production, translation, upload, communication to the Regional Training Community & tracking of deployment)
* Contribute ideas and imputs to evolve and innovate the existing tools & formats
* Deliver and animate Classrooms (Virtual & In-person) to the Regional Training Community and, occasionally, to stores' Client Advisors on key training topics/campaigns part of the Client Experience & Skills content area
Training performance monitoring & coordination:
* HQ vs. Regional Training Community: contributing to monitor Regional TC's performance via dashboards (Power BI for offline, My Miu Space for online) and follow-up accordingly via dedicated reports/communications; updating Regional TC's on new contents' timeline
* Regional Training Community vs. HQ: managing flows of requests related to Power BI & MyMiuSpace apps (users' profiles creation and updates, access to functionalities, IT tickets)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 2 years of experience in similar fields
Proven training tools development capabilities (both instructional and graphic design)
Proven training delivery and facilitation skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Adobe, Canvas, other creative digital tools are a plus)
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (LMS) is highly appreciated.
Sound knowledge of e-learning platforms/apps and other digital training tools.
Knowledge and awareness of the Retail environment and mechanics (In-store working experience is a plus)
Knowledge of the luxury/fashion industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in partnership with multiple stakeholders
Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker, strong attention to detail, problem-solver, speed of execution and project-management attitude
Fluent in Italian, English (an extra language will be a plus)
