Maintenance Technician

Description du poste:

Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry. The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Main Duties
* Carry out routine maintenance and repair works in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule.
* Inspect equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire & life safety) to ensure proper operation.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
* Assist in identifying and reporting technical faults and safety hazards.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Support inventory control of materials and spare parts.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction

Profil requis du candidat:

* Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a hotel environment.
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
