What you'll do

* Manage and ensure qualitative, hygiene and security parameters of all departments (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, FSSC22000)
* Approach to lean manufacturing
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Collaborate with colleagues and facilitate communication among teams
* Support the production supervisor in planning daily activities in the departments
* Deliver analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
* Ensure operations processes and solutions

What makes you a good fit

* Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
* Fluent in Italian and in English
* Min 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
* People management skills
* Great interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate with different colleagues
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
* Availability to work on shifts
