The Talent Acquisition Associate (Maternity Leave) will support the team in all recruitment processes at corporate level ensuring high delivery standard and qualitative candidates to Hiring Managers.
The position is based in Rome within the Human Resources Corporate Department and reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and BP Corporate.
3 years of corporate recruiting background, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment experience; Strong communication skills and ability to influence others and guide Hiring Managers; Precision, strong commitment and high energy; Project management expertise; Ability to deal with different deadlines, ad-hoc requests and prioritize the different tasks; Fluent in Italian and English
