Description du poste:

About the Role:

If you are passionate about our brands and products and you understand the mission of bringing joy and indulgence to our consumers, this role might be perfect for you! As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you will support the Customer Marketing Team in developing tools and customized actions to bridge the gaps between retail mix and channel standards.

Main Responsibilities:

You will analyse the potential of extended categories for both customers and Ferrero, evaluating joint growth opportunities. You will dive into Customer P&L, identifying gaps compared to benchmarks and company goals for the reference channel. By focusing on priorities, you will analyse the retail mix, including second placements and "avancasse."
Based on potential, profitability and activation, you will suggest a triple win strategy to Customer Managers and plan meetings to achieve integrated plans. You will collaborate with Customer Managers and Key Account Managers to define and present identified strategies to customers' buyers and internal stakeholders. You will play a guiding role during the strategic planning phases of the modern channel, including budget and customer planning. Additionally, you will help define spending allocation criteria and propose customized actions based on customers' performance in terms of turnover and trade margin.

About You:

You will bring your Master's Degree in Economics and experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing, Sales, or Marketing departments. Your experience in the FMCG market or large-scale retail channel (GDO) would be a plus. You will have a strong understanding of different markets and cultures, along with excellent analytical skills. Fluency in Italian and English is essential and you'll have good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word) and advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

What we offer:

The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is EUR 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
