Team Leader in Billing team

Type of employment: permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia 
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage day-to-day activities with the team;
* Ensure that all business processes that impact on the Billing team are
delivered effectively and within agreed SLA's;
* Respond to internal and external emails and calls;
* Supervise and train junior staff or new trainees and encourage good Billing
follow up skills and work ethic;
* Secure process quality, standardization and automation, as well as
participation in process standartization and efficiency projects;
* Motivate and inspire team members;
* Facilitate problem solving and collaboration;
* Assure that the team members have the necessary support and training
to effectively participate on the team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor;
* Excellent communication and leadership skills;
* Organizational and time-management skills;
* Decision-making skills;
* Strong background in accounting field, preferably within an international work environment (2+ years);
* Fluent English (both written and oral) to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA;
* Self-driven, pro-active, with high quality focus on deliverables and deadlines.
