You have a talent for organising and project management? In this exciting role you will support the Head of Corporate Services in all administrative and team management tasks, whilst having the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives.

This full-time role is available as soon as possible.

What You'll Bring

* Completed Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or equivalent
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Self-driven, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint; business fluency in English (German is a plus).
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with figures and reports
