Technical Training Support - MY and SG
* Administer all internal & external training programs for our field professionals
* Assist in the development and maintenance of the technical competency framework
* Identify skills gaps and work with business to align training programs with competency requirements
* Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback collection and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement
* Facilitate technical training sessions as needed and coordinating with trainer/subject matter experts to deliver quality trainings
* Oversee the engagement of interns from recruitment and onboarding to mentorship and evaluation, providing a positive and educational experience
* Serve as a key contact point for managing and recording training activities within Workday learning platform

EHS Support
* Communication tracking such as Learn and Live, safety alerts etc
* Subcon training data update and subcon ID card issuance
* Employee training data update - WD update
* Coordinate with external trainer on training attendance, logistics etc
* Defensive riding
* PPE issuance data update
* Update data for new joiner onboarding program
* Raise PO in JDE system & received GRN. Compile P.O, Invoice & D.O send to OGSC.
