As a Field Supervisor, you will be accountable for the safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of KONE solutions, ensuring execution aligns with the agreed scope of work, schedule, and budget. You will play a critical role in leading installation teams, preparing sites for execution, and ensuring readiness for customer and maintenance handovers.
In this role, you will act as the main on-site representative of KONE, coordinating closely with customers, builders, contractors, Sales, CSE, and Project Managers to ensure a smooth and interruption-free installation process. You will actively promote standardized ways of working and continuous improvement in line with Lean principles.
In this role, you will:
* Ensure safety, quality, and productivity throughout installation and handover activities, addressing and correcting any non-conformities.
* Lead and coordinate installation teams, ensuring the correct use of KONE installation methods, tools, and risk assessments.
* Proactively manage site preparation and readiness, including site visits, audits, and resolution of issues with customers and stakeholders.
* Verify the site execution plan and manage field costs as part of the pre-delivery review and throughout installation.
* Ensure installation deliverables are completed and verified according to KONE standards.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding site management, ensuring proactive, clear, and professional communication.
* Support smooth customer and maintenance handovers by ensuring site and documentation readiness.
* Drive continuous improvement of installation flow by preventing interruptions and optimizing on-site execution.
