* Implement management accounting and cost control practices in compliance with U.S. financial guidelines and corporate standards.
* Lead the development of the annual budget and forecasting processes.
* Monitor, analyze, and report departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and effectively communicate insights to managers and budget owners.
* Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to ensure accurate cost recording and compliance with internal policies.
* Prepare and present monthly financial reports for management review.
* Support project planning through financial estimations, cost modeling, and resource allocation
