Technology Lead

Description du poste:

Location: Mexico, hybrid work

Qualifications:
* Learn the relevant product suite and support onboarding engineering teams onto the platform.
* Develop Infrastructure as Code using Bicep/Terraform as requested by the delivery team.
* Monitor support channels, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot reported issues.
* Address defects as prioritized by the Delivery Team.
* Write unit, integration, and interoperability tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and recommend testing solutions to the product team.
* Update product documentation based on priorities set by the Delivery team.
* Participate in technical discussions and solution design as requested by the Delivery team.
* Perform other duties as assigned
