PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Lead the digital strategy of the business across E-Retail and CRM channels, driving growth, consumer loyalty, and personalized brand experiences.
This role acts as a bridge between Marketing, Commercial, and Media teams, ensuring a consistent, data-driven omnichannel experience and a strategy aligned with brand objectives.
PROFILE Required Education: Bachelor´s degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, communication, or related fields. Required Experience: Strong experience managing e-retail strategies across multiple retailers and brands. Strong background in CRM strategy and consumer segmentation. Experience working cross- functionally external partners. Experience in beauty, luxury or omnichannel environments. Language skills: Fluent English, Spanish (native or fluent). Computer skills: Experience with e-commerce and retailer platforms. Advanced Office. Other skills or know-how: Strong analytical and data- driven mindset Solid project management and organizational skills Budget management and performance tracking capabilities Soft skills: Strategic thinking with a strong execution focus Excellent communication skills Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross- functional teams Proactive, autonomous and solution oriented Strong attention to detail with consumer centric approach
