Description du poste:

Exceptional premium products are an outcome of the combination of efficient processes and highly motivated employees. The basis for this is an excellent management culture that results in a special team spirit. It is important to us that each and every person is proud of their achievements and identifies with their job and their team. Take the lead and take on responsibility in our production.

What awaits you?

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team for the High-Voltage Battery Gen 6. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high technical availability of our production lines, systems, and testing equipment. Managing a mix of desk-based planning and floor-based oversight in a highly automated environment, you will coordinate maintenance activities, optimize production processes, manage spare parts, and lead supplier services to guarantee efficient series production.

* Establish and manage a comprehensive maintenance plan using SAP to ensure maximum technical availability of production lines and inline testing equipment.

* Plan, schedule, and coordinate diverse maintenance activities, managing external suppliers and line builders on-site regarding their scope of services, timing, and performance.

* Partner with operative maintenance, controls, and methodology teams to analyze production performance and optimize automated systems.

* Manage spare parts inventory and general maintenance materials to seamlessly support both reactive and planned maintenance activities.

* Lead technical project teams and implement digitalization initiatives within the maintenance scope to reduce quality issues, minimize waste, and improve MTTR (mean time to repair).

* Provide technical problem-solving support to production associates, keeping them updated on technical modifications and machinery updates.

* Collaborate with BMW's global production network to integrate lessons learned from previous launches and serve as the main technical contact for GEN6 battery testing technology.

What should you bring along?

* Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent engineering field.

* Proven experience in maintenance planning and spare parts management within a manufacturing company, preferably managing highly automated production lines.

* Technical knowledge of production, joining, and vision technologies (e.g., welding, pneumatic systems, foaming, or camera/high-voltage inline testing equipment).

* Strong track record in supplier coordination and leading technical project teams or working groups.

* Business-fluent English.

Are you motivated and would you like to shape tomorrow's mobility with us? Apply now!
