Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is for a creative problem solver passionate about storytelling, who will partner closely with art, account management, and brand teams to develop impactful creative executions and experiences across LATAM markets.
You will contribute to building strong emotional and functional connections between brands and consumers by developing compelling concepts and narratives. This role requires a conceptual thinker with the ability to translate cultural insights into relevant, inspiring, and on-brand creative ideas, bringing them to life through clear and powerful storytelling.
Your Impact
As Copywriter (Content Jr.), your responsibilities would consist of:
* Develop clear, creative, and compelling copy with strong writing fundamentals and creative thinking.
* Participate in brainstorming and concept development for creative marketing and advertising initiatives.
* Create ideas, headlines, and copy primarily for social media, as well as digital platforms such as web, mobile, apps, and occasional TV or broader digital assets.
* Work closely with graphic designers and creative partners to align copy and visual approach, especially for social media content.
* Ensure all copy aligns with approved briefs, brand tone, and established brand guidelines, acting as a brand guardian.
* Collaborate effectively within a creative team while also managing assigned projects independently when required.
* Support the development and management of monthly content calendars (content grids/parrillas de contenido).
* Prepare monthly social media performance reports, including monitoring, collecting, and analyzing content metrics to identify insights and optimize future content strategies.
* Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to last-minute requests and evolving business needs.
* Present creative proposals and content recommendations to internal teams, brand stakeholders, and external agencies when needed.
* Demonstrate a strong learning mindset, curiosity, and a sense of urgency to deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (communication, advertising, marketing, etc.)
* 2+ years of experience in agency or in-house creative environments, developing concepts and writing copy for global consumer brands.
* Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Strong copywriting fundamentals, with mastery of both short- and long-form content and a solid copywriting portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and storytelling.
* Conceptual and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, able to translate insights and trends into compelling brand ideas.
* Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams (copy + design), present ideas confidently, and influence creative decisions with stakeholders.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, able to manage tight deadlines, work independently, and adapt in fast-paced environments; familiarity with social media reporting tools and performance analysis
