Job Description & SummaryA career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive (COMPANY NAME) brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. Basic Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS); journalism or English preferred

Scope:

Contributes to multiple efforts of English language, cross-functional content development initiatives to increase (COMPANY NAME) Brand equity. Adheres to editorial quality standards, visual identity, verbal identity, global brand guidelines and risk mitigation policies relevant to internal and external (COMPANY NAME) publications. Shortens the global collaboration gap by skillfully employing virtual software and varied repositories to generate response.

Responsibilities:

* Understand, identify, and leverage existing xLoS (cross lines of service) best in class proposal content in the development of new proposals and other materials.
* Produce compelling high value/high volume xLoS proposal content and other business development materials (as needed) for various audiences that helps (COMPANY NAME) expand its market share and brand.
* Collaborate with (COMPANY NAME) subject matter specialists, client services personnel, pursuit team members, and lead proposal writers (as needed) throughout proposal development cycles.
* Collaborate with other offshore support teams to create visually compelling responses, diagrams, and layouts.
* Communicate regularly with internal customers regarding project status. Escalate issues to the proposal team lead. Interact with and interview (COMPANY NAME) teams and subject matter specialists to capture knowledge and ideas for synthesis into distinctive and compelling written content.
* Use the team request tool (Workfront) to track tasks and time spent on same and for assigning tasks to other team members as needed.
* Coordinate with other territories for style variation in both written and visual nuances.
* Develop a solid understanding of the firm pursuit process and (COMPANY NAME) proposal content development needs.
* Leverage firm's collaboration technology in the development process to minimize production time and manual errors.

* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Powerpoint).
* Demonstrated writing and analysis skills.
* Expert command of grammar, punctuation and publishing style.
* Excellent editing skills.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize vast amounts of research, existing content, and information into succinct text.
* Demonstrated diplomacy in discussing, negotiating, and building consensus with regard to diverse perspectives on critical issues.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask, exhibit flexibility, and remain responsive as demands change.
* Creating persuasive, compelling messaging that utilizes storytelling techniques, differentiates the firm to our clients, and helps the firm meet is revenue goals
* Interviewing stakeholders, leading discussions, and conducting research in order to gain and develop insights around clients'/accounts' needs and the firm's service offerings
* Ability to create clear, concise messaging around technical subject matter
* Thinking creatively and analytically while executing traditional and new digital tactics to help drive innovation in our comms and that drive demand generation;
* Managing multiple projects while focusing on quality and timely delivery
