Are you passionate about helping people hear more, do more, and be more?
GN ReSound, a part of GN, is looking for an engaged, structured, and customer-focused Sales and Customer Support professional to enhance our presence in the Norwegian market with a focus on Trondheim and the surrounding areas.
In this role, you will combine your audiology expertise with sales and relationship-building skills to support our customers and grow our business. You will work closely with the market and our customers-primarily public and private audiologists, ENT specialists, and clinics-while being ideally based in the Trondheim region and working from a home office, as we do not currently have a physical office there. Your focus will be on building trust-based, long-term relationships and acting as a reliable partner for our customers.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:
* Presenting and selling GN ReSound products and services to existing and new customers.
* Ensure we deliver on the company budget and sales targets
* Establishing, developing, and maintaining strong and positive business and customer relationships.
* Creating and preparing sales presentations and supporting materials.
* Planning and executing larger customer events in close collaboration with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care.
* Responsible for how you prioritize customers, opportunities, and activities.
* Conducting customer needs assessments and solution selling: understanding customer requirements, presenting GN ReSound solutions, and closing value-based deals.
* Maintaining and updating our CRM system at the customer level to secure high-quality data and follow up.
* Attracting new points of sale (POS) and expanding our customer base.
* Supporting with translations (e.g., marketing materials, customer communication, presentations).
Location: This role will support Trondheim and surrounding areas
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:
* A bachelor's degree in Audiology (minimum).
* Experience from working in an audiology clinic.
* Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with different stakeholders.
* A structured and results-oriented way of working.
* An engaged and customer-centric perspective with a pronounced customer focus.
* Proficient implementation ability and a clear performance orientation - you follow through.
* A genuine technical interest and willingness to learn about new hearing technologies and solutions.
* A curiosity about sales and a keen interest in developing within commercial roles.
* A valid driver's license (car) and readiness to travel within your territory.
