About the Compliance Team
Our Compliance team in the Netherlands helps financial institutions navigate regulatory change, implement RegTech solutions, and embed Responsible AI principles. We work with clients to modernize compliance functions and integrate innovative technologies, enabling them to remain compliant while driving efficiency and innovation.

As a consultant, you will contribute to projects that combine compliance, technology, and data. You'll help clients strengthen their risk management capabilities, optimize processes, and adopt AI responsibly.

Your Role
* Regulatory Change & RegTech
* Support the analysis of new Dutch and EU regulations (e.g., AMLR 2027, DORA, MiCA, EU AI Act).
* Assist in implementing RegTech solutions that streamline compliance and improve operational resilience.
* Translate regulatory requirements into practical strategies and operating models for banks, fintechs, and payment service providers.
* Responsible AI
* Apply Responsible AI principles in compliance projects to ensure ethical, transparent, and explainable use of AI.
* Contribute to initiatives that leverage generative AI and workflow automation to enhance compliance processes.
* Data & Innovation
* Use data analytics and AI to identify and mitigate risks such as money laundering and other financial crimes.
* Explore emerging technologies like machine learning and blockchain for compliance applications.

Team & Collaboration
You will join Accenture's Risk & Compliance team within Strategy & Consulting, working alongside experienced professionals on high-impact projects for leading financial institutions. You'll have access to Accenture's global network, resources, and AI frameworks.

What You Bring
* Master's degree (e.g. Financial Law, Business Administration)
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, or financial services and in Consulting.
* Interest in technology and innovation (AI, RegTech).
* Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
* Proactive, analytical, and hands-on mindset.
Preferred: Certifications such as ACAMS or ICA.
