Your Role As a Process Engineer at Avertim Netherlands, you will assist in the continuous expansion of our consulting activities in Life Sciences & Chemicals. You will be a trusted consultant to the largest players in the Life Sciences sector. Key Responsibilities * Qualification of equipment and systems; implementation, verification, and validation of new technology, systems, or machinery. * Experience with validation activities in a GMP environment. * Process design and continuous process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. * Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and initiate changes. * Interpret data and perform troubleshooting activities. * Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI); ensure excellent technical writing and documentation practices. * Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), conduct Impact Assessments, and drive Change Controls. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. * Stakeholder management: Collaborate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams. Your Background * Master's Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. * First working experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology), ideally in a GMP or MD environment. * Experience in process engineering, mechanical engineering, facility engineering, or similar. * Strong planning and organizational skills; able to set priorities and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication skills; clarity in speaking and writing, active listening. * Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies or Project Management. * Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus. * Dutch working permit required; sponsorship not possible.
