Description du poste:
You ensure that our customers are supported as effectively and efficiently as possible throughout our onboarding processes by providing clear information. You act as link between business, the IT organization and sometimes 3rd parties. Your responsibilities include managing applications, advising and informing the user organization, and guiding acceptance testing. You have a strong understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes and are able to answer customer inquiries and resolve incidents.
What you are going to do
The run activities resulting from the NN Bank onboarding process are embedded within the Data Fabric team. As a Junior Functional Operations Engineer within this team, you are an important link between users and IT.
You ensure that the onboarding and reboarding processes for our customers run as smoothly as possible. Where disruptions occur, you resolve them and proactively identify improvements to prevent them in the future. Everything you do contributes to a stable and fast digital customer and user experience. You understand that stability and reliability are more important than introducing new features.
As a Junior Functional Operations Engineer, you work in a multidisciplinary team. Within this team, your responsibilities include:
* Resolving all questions and incidents related to onboarding and reboarding as quickly as possible, in line with agreed service levels
* Informing users and stakeholders about resolution times and incident priorities
* Contributing to automated monitoring so that service disruptions are detected early and can even be prevented
* Proactively drafting problem statements, including proposed solutions, enabling DevOps engineers to take action or plan improvements
* Automating repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency
* Performing controls, participating in risk assessments, executing ITGCs, and contributing to our SECA processes
What we offer you
NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring working environment and in skills and competencies for the future. This includes employment conditions that are in line with what is needed today and that take the future into account. In this way, we offer our employees the opportunity to get the best out of themselves. We offer you:
* Salary between EUR3,364 and EUR4,485 depending on your knowledge and experience
* 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary
* 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and 3 Diversity days
* A modern pension administered by BeFrank
* Plenty of training and learning opportunities
* NS Business Card 2nd class, which gives you unlimited travel, also private. Do you prefer to travel with your own transport? Then you can declare the kilometers travelled
* Allowances for setting up your home office and for internet use
Who you are
We are looking for someone who:
* Has knowledge of and experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
* Has knowledge of EP+ and SAP
* Has knowledge of On- and reboarding processes
* Experience with/knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience with ServiceNow and monitoring in Splunk is a plus
* Basic knowledge of SQL data and Scripting
Who you will work with
As a junior Functional Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Data Fabric team within NN Bank's Safe & Reliable Products department.
To give you an idea: every day we receive multiple questions as well as incidents related to the various onboarding and reboarding processes. You engage with the submitters of these incidents and the process owners to determine the priority.
Next, the most important incidents are investigated first: what is going wrong, how should it work, and are there any identifiable trends? In many cases, you are able to resolve the incident yourself, especially if it has occurred before. If not, you ensure it is routed to the right person who can resolve it and monitor progress to make sure it is handled in a timely manner.
In the meantime, you monitor the system using automated tools to track performance and stability.
