The HR People Partner Netherlands (m/f/d) is responsible for owning and delivering the local associate experience across the Netherlands from Cytiva Medemblik Site. This role brings HR strategies to life on the ground by enabling people leaders, supporting associates, and ensuring consistent, compliant activation of global HR initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs).

This position is part of the global HR People Partner Team and will report to the People Partner EMEA role. It is located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Enable people leaders to effectively use HR self-service tools, case management, and standard HR processes as the primary entry point for support
* Act as the local HR expert, advising leaders on people-related matters including employee relations, engagement, compliance, and culture
* Translate and activate global HR standards, policies, and programs into compliant, consistent local delivery
* Lead and support local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical moments requiring on-the-ground presence
* Champion a positive, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture aligned to Danaher values

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Multiple years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, people leader support, and local HR delivery
* Strong working knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance within a country or region
* Experience partnering with business leaders and HR COEs to deliver HR programs across the talent lifecycle
* Proficiency using HR systems, digital self-service tools, and case management platforms
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization

Travel Requirements: if applicable for role
* Ability to travel occasionally as required to support potential projects
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Supporting non-desk or manufacturing populations
* Labor relations and engagement with works councils, unions, or employee representative bodies
* Leading local change management or transformation initiatives
