As a Guerlain Counter Manager, you are responsible for the overall management and performance of the counter and your team within de Bijenkorf.
Your mission is to lead, inspire, and develop your team to maximize sales performance, client engagement, and brand excellence, while delivering an exceptional level of service.
You act as a true ambassador of Guerlain, embodying the brand's values and ensuring they are consistently reflected in every client interaction and team behavior.

Training Professional make-up artistry and/or beautician certification Skills Strong commercial and sales mindset Proven ability to lead and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) Good command of English Personal Qualities Passion for luxury retail and beauty Hands-on and proactive attitude Flexible and adaptable mindset Strong team player with the ability to work independently Willingness to learn and grow
