MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Description du poste:

The Channel Management Associate - Deposits supports the Channel Management Officer in driving branch channel productivity, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening the delivery of Deposit products across the branch network. The role provides product and process guidance to frontline staff, supports the execution of local marketing initiatives, conducts market and competitor scans, manages marketing resources, and assists in monitoring product performance to ensure effective implementation of channel management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Support branch channel management initiatives, branch coordination, and local marketing activities.
* Provide product guidance, conduct trainings, and support Deposit product rollouts for frontline personnel.
* Develop, distribute, and monitor Deposit-related marketing materials and campaigns.
* Track product performance, conduct market research, and prepare reports and recommendations.
* Manage marketing resources, budgets, procurement processes, supplier coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* Preferably with experience in Marketing, Branding, Channel Management, Product Management, Banking, or Sales Support.
* Fresh graduates with relevant internships and strong extracurricular involvement are encouraged to apply
