About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Retail Activation & Events Associate to bring our consumer health brands to life across the Philippines. You'll play a key role in driving brand visibility and engagement in-store, online, and with our retail and healthcare partners - from mall activations and live shopping to pharmacist training and retail conferences.

You'll collaborate closely with our Key Account, Marketing, and Medical Teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that connect our products with consumers, pharmacists, and partners in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of retail and consumer events (mall booths, roadshows, training sessions, conferences, and live shopping).

Partner with Key Account Managers and Brand & Trade Marketing to suggest activations aligned with brand objectives and customer plans.

Manage all event logistics, from supplier coordination and merchandising to on-site supervision and post-event reporting.

Support the Medical & Pharmacist Engagement team with logistics for training programs, webinars, and product education sessions.

Track activation performance (attendance, engagement, ROI) and provide recommendations to improve future executions.

Ensure brand guidelines, compliance, and excellence in every customer-facing touchpoint.

Support Sales & Customer Excellence initiatives by ensuring consistent activation standards, POSM visibility, and execution across key retailers.

Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to collect activation learnings and contribute to continuous improvement in customer engagement and in-store experience

Profil requis du candidat:

Experience: 1-3 years in event management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or healthcare. Skills: Strong project management, communication, and analytical abilities. Language: Fluent English is a must; Tagalog is a plus but not required. Personality: Proactive, organized, collaborative, and customer-focused. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
