We're looking for an Actuarial Modelling Manager to join our growing Modelling team. This is a D-grade role. You'll be involved across the team day-to-day, supporting exciting projects and collaborating with colleagues in the UK and India.
About the team
Our Modelling team plays a critical role in delivering actuarial insight and robust modelling solutions across Aviva. You'll work closely with the Modelling Lead and colleagues in the UK and India, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What will you be doing?
* Support actuarial modelling projects from design through delivery
* Contribute to modelling standards and best practice
* Liaise with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements
* Assist leadership in planning and prioritising work
* Help embed innovation and continuous improvement in modelling processes
What we're looking for?
* Some experience of actuarial modelling (any area)
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
* Comfortable working across geographies and time zones
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to have
* Experience with modern modelling tools and techniques for model development
