Customs Declaration Specialist

Your role:
* Preparing accurate import and export declarations in accordance with applicable customs regulations, including the correct goods classification and additional codes, within agreed timelines.
* Providing guidance and support to the business to ensure correct and compliant export declarations.
* Performing data entry for export declarations on behalf of organizations that do not have this capability in their internal systems.
* Ensuring proper electronic archiving of all documentation related to customs declarations.

You are the right fit if you have:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, Export or Trade Compliance, Customs Operations, Customs Compliance, or a related field.
* Previous professional experience in an international company.
* Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a strong asset.
* Working knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial.
* Solid proficiency with MS Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders.
