Customs Declaration Specialist - fixed term (all genders)

Job Description

Trade Compliance enables efficient international trade by ensuring customs compliance and reducing risk, while supporting smooth and optimized cross-border goods flow.This role is a fixed-term position.

Your role:
* Making the import declaration using the correct customs regulations, correct goods code and additional codes within the agreed time frame
* Supporting and advising the business with making a correct export declaration
* Data entry of an export declarations for organizations which do not have this functionality
* Clearance AGS and Transit declarations for the Single Authorization Simplified Procedures
* Administration of the bonded warehouse (BWH) and Inward Processing Relief (IPR)
* Archiving electronically the declaration relevant documentation
* Reporting Intrastat, Extrastat and VAT

You're the right fit if you have:
* Bachelor's degree
* Previous working experience on a similar position
* Fluent English
* SAP knowledge
* Experience in working with MS office applications
* Attention to details is of high importance
* Ability to work as a part of a team and cooperate within different business stakeholders
