WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Candidate with university degree or equivalent (at least) 2 years' experience in in-house or outsourced payroll processing (preferred) or Finance/HR (desirable) delivery process and systems
* Action oriented effective communicator with very good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* A candidate with strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and keen to learn and meet challenges
* Proficient English
* Advanced MS Excel user
Additional assets (not requirements):
* Additional assets: knowledge and experience in using Success Factor/SAP, experience in performing SOX control

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

* Coordinate and actively participate in end-to-end payroll process and related activities for markets in team's scope - EU
* Cooperate with payroll providers and ensure that payroll is accurately and timely calculated
* Investigate consolidation and validation of the data sent to payroll providers
* Advise our employees and managers on payroll related matters
* Ensure payroll approval and payments, perform and efficiently document checks in compliance with SOX
* Actively engage in the simplification, standardization and automatization of payroll process for countries in scope
* Coordinate post payroll activities, such as reporting, preparation of accruals, invoicing, submission of declarations to Tax and Social Security authorities
