Overview About I&A Team The Investment & Accountability (I&A) team is a core part of Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), playing a key role in driving commercial success and delivering value for global clients. We are evolving with an exciting new mission and culture, creating opportunities to make a real impact. The team works across multiple areas: supporting new business pitches with value and trading proposals, negotiating contracts, managing pricing guarantees, and collaborating with media auditors. We also focus on developing innovative tools and methods to measure media effectiveness, fully integrated with PMX's broader services. This is a truly global role, collaborating closely with regional hubs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America, giving you exposure to international best practices and a wide network of colleagues. Responsibilities Role Overview The Investment & Accountability (I&A) team manages media productivity commitments for global advertisers across all media types, including TV, Radio, Print, Out-of-Home, Digital, Social, and Cinema. The Investment Manager will spend around 80% of their time on accountability programs for key international clients and 20% on new business initiatives, including pricing, commercial offers, and coordination across the PMX network. Reporting to an Investment Director, the role involves managing a (Senior) Executive, collaborating with local markets, global account teams, and media auditors. Manage day-to-day accountability programs for international clients. Line manage a Junior/Senior Executive and support their development. Develop and optimise reporting templates and processes. Prepare and present media buying results, translating complex data into clear insights. Advise local offices on media accountability and compliance. Coordinate and quality-check new business submissions (RFIs/RFPs, pricing exercises). Support negotiation and management of global trading agreements. Take a leadership role in projects, tools, and process improvements. Qualifications Strong numerical and analytical skills Project management and/or account management experience Experience in planning, trading, strategy, or finance Knowledge of finance, reporting, or accountancy is advantageous Advanced Excel skills Fluent English skills are a must Experience in a media agency is preferred Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders Hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills Energetic, proactive, and a team player Media knowledge can be developed on the job! Desirable skills: Knowledge of media trading metrics, KPIs, and audit processes International experience not essential but preferable Any foreign languages (other than English) are certainly very useful in this role.
